Agate Investments has a specialized boutique business consultancy entity which conducts M&A advisory and investment company that provides strategic,  financial and operational advice to its clients.  Agate Investment LLC also invests its own funds in selected businesses.

Agate team has been successful in advising blue chip clients in major transactions for many years. Part of that advice has been the negotiating of contracts, power, heavy industry and real estate sector.  More recently, Agate's services have been retained to advise and negotiate on private and public tender projects in public utilities, media and construction.
